Dale, Ben, and Susanne

Dale Mosier started Up North Construction in 1995.  Having almost 30 years of experience building homes, together Dale and Susanne Mosier have built a solid reputation for Up North Construction by constructing hundreds of quality homes in Miami County.  Ten years ago Ben Mosier joined the family business, bringing a new focus on Craftsman style detail to each home.  Our construction team offers seasoned building experience, Craftsman style detail, and expert design coordination.  Together, we work one-on-one with each customer to build an individual and comfortable house that you can call “Home”.
